Vyn Labs provides mobile applications including:
- Kleen AI — A food intelligence app that analyzes ingredient quality, nutritional content, and provides health insights about the food you eat.
- Pawly AI — An AI-powered pet health tracker that monitors symptoms, weight trends, lab values, and health patterns for your pets.
3. Medical & Health Disclaimer
Our apps are designed to provide informational content only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Kleen AI: Nutritional and ingredient information is provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your diet and health.
- Pawly AI: Pet health insights do not replace veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical advice about your pet.
4. User Accounts
Some features of our apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the apps

6. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features within our apps are available through paid subscriptions (e.g., Pawly Pro). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Vyn Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyn Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — our apps. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
